2024 Fall Back Into Fitness Challenge!

Set goals and conquer them with your friends at Beverly Ride On!

We invite you to participate in our 2024 Fall Back Into Fitness Challenge! The Fall Back Into Fitness Challenge is all about setting a goal for yourself to reach throughout the month long challenge. We set a goal of completing 20 classes during the challenge and we realize that this goal might not be feasible for everyone.

If 20 classes in a month is not the goal for you, we encourage you to make your own goal. Set a goal of 10 classes in a month, try a new class format, get to one extra class a week than you normally do, try a class with a new instructor, complete the 20 classes in 6 weeks, or any other goal you want. Make this challenge work for you!

The Beverly Ride On team is here to support you reach any goal you have. We find that the more riders we have participating in the challenge, the more motivated everyone becomes, so please sign up today on Tula by purchasing the “Fall Back Into Fitness” pass. We will have the long-sleeve shirt sign up sheet in the studio when the challenge begins. Please contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns.

CHALLENGE GOAL

Take 20 classes. This challenge is all about challenging and taking time for yourself! Have fun taking energizing classes with an encouraging crew!!

All classes that count towards the Spin goal include the word “Spin” in it
(Spin, Spin Sculpt, Spin Fusion, Spin + TRX, and Spin, Strength, Stretch)

Classes that count towards the TRX goal are TRX, TRX & Mat, and TRX Yoga Flow
