TRX and Mat is a combination of a full body workout through a Pilates format workout using TRX straps for arm series within the class. The straps allow us to add resistance to our arm series, and get the muscles burning and feeling good. The class allows for time to stretch, but also get a great sweat in! We highly recommend this class if you are looking for a low impact routine with some deep muscle exercises! Gabby teaches this class on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and occasionally as a POP UP!! Class on the weekends.
This 60 minute class incorporates 30 minutes of high cardio quick Spinning and endurance work through hills with 30 minutes of Yoga. Each Spin + Yoga class is different and reflective of the instructor teaching, but will leave you feeling stretched, relaxed, and refreshed.
